My name is Joy Hardin. I currently live in Italy with my husband and two boys. I love food! I enjoy cooking uncomplicated delicious dishes, but will try more difficult recipes just for the challenge. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I fail miserably, but it is fun trying and even more fun eating!! There are so many good recipes I would like to share with you, some normal everyday dishes as well as some authentic Italian dishes that may seem a little unusual. Italy has such an awesome food culture! I hope it will inspire you to occasionally step out and try something different, but if not then perhaps just appreciate some new foods you have never tried before.
